We are especially keen to speak with candidates that have worked in the telecoms or conveyancing sectors, with experience in compliance and a process driven character.

The role:

  • Checking the accuracy of documents as they come in from external teams.
  • Submitting repots to external and internal departments in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Tracking the progression of orders and responding to any surveyor queries.
  • Keeping a central record of all documents in an orderly way.
  • Updating internal systems with work progress.
  • Submitting Registrations to the Local Authority permits and streetworks teams.
  • Sending out the job packs to the supervisors daily, to be distributed to the civils teams.

Hours of work are 08.00 – 16.00, however there may be some flex on start and finish times, dependant on the department.

You have access from day 1 to benefits which include private health care, life insurance, denplan and so much more, along with 25 days holidays per year, with additional days granted per year of service PLUS your birthday or similar celebratory day off. They don't work bank Holidays either, so you get those off too!
