Position: Customer Service Agent
Location: Gilberdyke
Salary: £23,000 plus profit related bonus

Principle accountabilities:
You will be a full time Customer Service Agent, and your main responsibilities will cover answering calls, logging warranty claims, dealing with email claims and supporting the Customer Service Manager.
We are looking to speak with candidates that are diligent, have a good attention to detail that can wear different hats as the role evolves. You will have a strong work ethic, be customer service centric with a good working knowledge of Microsoft packages.
Hours of work: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
