Order Fulfilment Service Coordinator

Our client’s team, based in a manufacturing company steeped in history, quality and innovative trends, is looking to recruit an Order Fulfilment Service Coordinator to join the team in Hull.

Role overview:

  • Reporting to your team leader and departmental manager, you will be overseeing assigned contracts whilst fostering relationships using excellent customer service
  • You will be responsible for accurate and proactive order entry / processing and tracking of projects through to order fulfilment
  • Your role will include proactive site tracking with key project contracts and relevant internal Supply Chain teams e.g. Forecasting, using your ability to speak to all levels
  • Support outbound customer campaigns, providing accurate and reliable customer response data to ensure follow up activities are carried out effectively.
  • Support and work with internal and external teams to resolve customer issues and to identify and exploit opportunities.

About you:

  • You will have proven experience in a service environment or similar
  • A high standard of accuracy and good attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and written English skills - articulate and accurate
  • A multi-tasker with the perseverance to get things done
  • Self-disciplined, self - motivated and proactive
  • Confident and able to work on your own initiative as well as being a good team player
  • Ambitious and eager to learn
  • CRM / SAP / Sales force useful but full training is provided.
