We are currently seeking dedicated GRP Composite Operatives to become integral members of their team on a Temp to Perm basis. While experience is advantageous, it's not mandatory as comprehensive training will be provided. What matters most to our client is a positive attitude and a keen willingness to learn.
Working Pattern:
Monday to Thursday 7am - 4pm
Friday 7am - 1pm
Pay Rates:
Competitive pay rates starting from £11.00 per hour, dependent on experience.

HU2 Area
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Assisting their composite boat builders manufacturing the GRP hulls throughout the build process.
- Assisting composite boat builders in manufacturing GRP hulls
- Utilising tools such as air tools, grinders, orbital sanders, along with materials like glass resins, marine plywood, hardwoods, and solvents.
- Cleaning various aspects during different stages of the building process.
- Conducting the final cleaning of boats before dispatch to clients.
