Pay Rate: £16.52 p/h
Shift :4 on 4off
Working Hours: 5pm to 5am
Role Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the hygiene team to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation in all areas of the production facility.
- Develop, implement, and monitor cleaning schedules and protocols in accordance with food safety regulations and company policies.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with hygiene standards and identify areas for improvement.
- Train and mentor hygiene team members on best practices, safety procedures, and the use of cleaning equipment and chemicals.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure minimal disruption to production schedules while maintaining hygiene standards.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels and proper maintenance.
- Respond to hygiene-related incidents and emergencies promptly and effectively.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports on cleaning activities, inspections, and compliance.
You Will
- Previous experience in a hygiene supervisory or team leader role within a food production or manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations, HACCP principles, and hygiene best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in using cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and effectively.
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required.
