Reach Recruitment are proud to be recruiting for Line Leaders for our client in HU7 specialising in Production of Poultry Products.
This role is to be responsible for the supervising and coordination of the production lines whilst Providing guidance and leadership to the team to deliver a smooth production of quality products whilst maintain the highest health and safety standards.
Role Responsibilities
- Oversee and lead a team of production line workers.
- Ensure production goals and targets are met.
- Train new employees on assembly processes and procedures
- Monitor and maintain quality control standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the production process.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
- Ensuring compliance with all system-based processes and procedures within the department
- Ensure waste is kept to a minimum
- Any other responsibilities commensurate with the post.
You Will
- Have Level 2 Food Saftey
- Understanding of relevant risk assessments and trained as competent to safe working procedures.
- Understanding and application of hazard identification and near miss reporting.
- Experience within the food industry
Working Hours:
*** Please note - night shift candidates needs to be flexible to undertake Trainings on Day shift minimum of 4 weeks
