The Successful applicant would ideally possess:
- General background in Modular building
- Understanding of basic plumbing knowledge
- Understanding of basic electrical knowledge
- Painting and decorating competence
- Joinery skills
- Ability to work unsupervised to a high standard
Duties will include:
- Joinery
- Basic Plumbing
- Basic Electrics
- Painting and decorating
- Tiling
- Taping and Jointing
- Window and door maintenance
Working hours:
6:00 am until 3:00 pm, Monday to Thursday and Friday 6.00am until 12pm.
