PR & Marketing - £21k - £23k – Melton

About the role

With the appropriate training and support you will be working directly on client accounts from week 1.

You work will include:

  • Meeting customers, and working with colleagues to research and develop campaigns
  • Liaising with design and digital teams, sharing briefs, devising plans
  • Helping to implement integrated campaigns and evaluate their effect
  • Drafting news releases, articles, social media posts, leaflets, brochures and reports
  • Sending draft work to customers, coordinating amends and seeing projects through to completion.
  • Learning how to write tender responses
  • Providing administrative and project management support
  • You will be fully supported in your role by colleagues in the PR and comms team, as you get to know our business and learn about our customers.

About you

  • With a degree in journalism, marketing, PR, or an essay-based subject, or a minimum of a year’s relevant work experience, you will be the right person for us if you have:
  • Good communication skills
  • A clear digital focus - with a keen interest in website performance and social media
  • Great copywriting ability
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • First class organisation skills
  • Great attention to detail and accuracy
  • Teamwork skills
