Reach Recruitment is currently collaborating with a leading UK meat product manufacturer, seeking dedicated Production Operatives to join their team at a state-of-the-art facility in Hull. This dynamic role involves contributing to the production of a diverse range of flavourful coated chicken products, such as Kyivs, goujons, and steaks. The ideal candidates will demonstrate reliability, flexibility, self-motivation, and a strong work ethic, with the potential for a permanent role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble raw chicken products, including packaging, labelling, and packing.
- Maintain continuous quality checks of products on the production line.
- Adhere to work instructions and procedures.
- Demonstrate conscientiousness, enthusiasm, and meet deadlines.
- Work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Proactively engage in learning and development
- Prioritise Health and Safety standards.
- Apply industry experience to enhance performance
- Ensure compliance with Food Safety and Quality procedures
- Generate and review paperwork for produce
- Assess quality assurance of meat products
- Assist line leaders in setting up production lines and achieving goals
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a food manufacturing environment
- Demonstrated reliability, flexibility, and self-motivation
