Reach Recruitment are seeking to recruit an experienced Quality Technicians to work with of our client in HU9. This is a great opportunity to grow an ever growing business.
This role would suit someone who has previous work experience within manufacturing.Full training will be provided along with this position becoming permanent upon successfully completing a probation period.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Ability to use initiative and make sound judgements in work methods and interpreting data/goals
- Ability to work independently but as part of a team, with infrequent supervision and reviewing
- High attention to detail to ensure correct manufacturing specification and operation of products
- Good analytical, critical thinking and problem solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate new processes
- Sincere work ethic for adhering to standards and managing harmful effects on timelines and budgets.
- Good Mathematical skills and proficiency with computer software.
Experience & Expectations
- Previous experience in a Manufacturing environment.
- Previous Quality Control experience
- A positive attitude to work
