About the role
Working in the Client Services team, the Senior Account Manager will be responsible for delivering exceptional marketing solutions and customer service to the portfolio of clients. Your work will include:
- Meeting customers, and working with colleagues to research and develop campaigns
- Liaising with design and digital teams, sharing briefs, devising plans
- Helping to implement integrated campaigns and evaluate their effect
- Drafting news releases, articles, social media posts, leaflets, brochures and reports
- Sending draft work to customers, coordinating amends and seeing projects through to completion
- Learning how to write tender responses
- Providing administrative and project management support
About you
- Good sense of humour!
- Significant experience working in a senior marketing role either within an agency environment, or in-house
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong copywriting, editing and proof-reading skills
- Excellent administrative, organisational and time-management skills
- Budget management and invoicing skills
- A clear understanding of brand management, marketing strategy and campaign planning
- Ability to work well with complexity
- Ability to take initiative, be self-motivated and results focused
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
